Why become a member of TRAC?

To show support for the work done by TRAC. The more members we have, the more evidence we have that the work we do is useful. It is also a good way for individuals and groups to become involved in tenancy and housing matters.


What does it cost?

Individual membership: $5 for 5 years
Group membership: $20 for 5 years

Organizations also have the option of applying for reciprocal membership. TRAC will become a member of your organization if you become a member of TRAC.


How does an individual or group become a member?

1. Fill out and return the TRAC membership application (download the application here) to the person listed on the form.
2. The Board will review and decide whether to approve the application. The Board has to be convinced that the applicant will support TRAC's mandate and philosophy.
3. The applicant will be notified of the Board decision.

How long does it take to be approved as a member?

Up to two months, as the Board has to discuss membership applications.
