Tenant Survival Guide
The Tenant Survival Guide is intended to give tenants a basic understanding of residential tenancy law in British Columbia. We hope it will assist tenants in resolving any problems or complications they may be having with their tenancy. It provides links to a number of useful resources around the province.
The Tenant Survival Guide has a section called “Taking Action” which lets tenants know how to make complaints when they think they have not been treated fairly by the Residential Tenancy Branch, or are concerned about poor housing conditions, or are not satisfied with government housing policy.
