Danger of Raising Rent Increases

TRAC would like to warn tenants about the apartment owners’ campaign to raise the allowable rate of rent increases in BC.  Our province has the most unaffordable rental housing in the country and landlords already have an avenue to apply for above-guideline increases.  To read our full press release, click here.
