Is Cooperative Housing covered under the Residential Tenancy Act?
Cooperative Housing is covered under BC’s Cooperative Association Act and Cooperative Association Regulations, not the Residential Tenancy Act.
How can I be evicted from my Cooperative Housing?
You can be terminated from your cooperative housing for:
- non-payment of housing fees
- conduct detrimental to the housing cooperative
